Hello thar,
Here you can request licenses for the server..you can request: Sailing, Driving, Weapons, flying, and fishing licenses here.
**Format Of Requesting**
Your Ingame Name:
Your Status/Team: Civilan/Cop/Leader/Family-Member
What you need the licenses for: Cars/Boat/Plane/Weapon/fishing
Thats it..

Cars:
You will have to drive the instructor to certain places.. such as from the driving school to area 51.. etc.
Drive normally, not speedy fast, and crashing/damaging your car will result in a penalty.

Boats:
You will have to sail to a specific destination, damaging the boat will result in a penalty.

Planes:
You will be given a dodo to fly to a airport (From the SF airport to another airport)

Weapons:
You will be given a m4/deagle, and you have to kill the instructor 2 times..
DO NOT ABUSE THE WEAPONS! This is not DM!

Fishing:
You will have to catch 5 fish, that are all over 5/6 lbs/pounds.
after that you will pass the test.
