As a recuiter, you are supposed to take care of new applications for the clan. Once an application has been posted, only one recruiter is responsable for it. The final decision will be made by the members. As recruiter, you have to follow some rules.
1. Sort out the applient's background if needed. Hack experience/ clanhopping/ immatured/ ... = denied
2. Make sure the applient will join our IRC channel. If he has a mic, make sure he joins our vent channel aswell.
3. If the applient has a nice attitude and is cool for all members, you can do a try-out test. If his skills are very good he can have the [Askr] tag (recruit). If his skills are not bad but training acquired, he can have the [Askt] tag (trainee).
- 3 deagle duels
- 3 combat shotgun duels
- 3 m4/mp5/ak duels
4. A recruit needs to be "followed" by his recruiter. If the recruit is doing well in the clan, like being active on forums/server/IRC/vent... and if he shows a nice attitude he can be accepted as full [Ask] when the team thinks he is ready for it.
5. A trainee needs to get trained by his recruiter and a trainer. If he is improving well in skills and is doing the same as a recruit needs to do, he will get accepted as full [Ask] once the team thinks he is ready for it.
