Hey guys. I am aware that some members of the SA-MP community arent fluent with IRC. IRC (internet relay chat) is a great way to keep in touch and organise clan events. In this i will teach you how to join and use IRC effectively.
1. download a IRC client (i use icechat because it is the easiest)
2. install it, where it says server- enter irc.gtanet.com
3. under nickname enter your nickname (eg. mine would be [Ask]h4tr1k)
3. doubleclick on it and once it has responded, type /join #ask #askclan, #ask.echo, #katie, #katie.echo (the clans best IRC channels)
4. to make an account type /ns register (password) (e-mail)
5. from there on everytime you hop on IRC. it will ask for your dogtag or password, just enter /ns identify (password)
6. If you have any more questions or want to learn some more commands and how to possibly make your own server, just respond.
