I have a new plan to test the recruits on basic skills and teamskills.
1. Do the normal test: 3deagle, 3spas, 1mp5, 1m4, 1ak and 1sniper close range.

Than try to do 4bases 2 vs 2. You and the recruit against 2 good Ask members.
play 2 attack bases and 2 defend bases.
If you see he won at leats 4 duels from the 10 and the teamwork was good he can get [Askr]
